From the day you sign up with Australia Immigration Group you become our priority. Your migration agents and their support staff will be there to support you to ensure you are guided through the complexity of the migration process. You will be clearly informed of the process as we receive and follow your instructions.

Our team of seven is made up of two registered migration agents, one of which has a Bachelor of Law, five support staff who will initiate the process, issue you with preliminary documents, collect and file your documentation. Once in order your assigned registered migration agent will carefully plan your pathway in consultation with you. Once the plan is derived we will execute the process and keep you fully informed along the way.

Work Visa

This visa is suitable for people who are qualified in occupations where Skills Shortages are apparent as determined by Skilled occupation lists. It aims to meet Australia's skills shortages and gives successful applicants permanent residence. This visa is appropriate for those who hold a university qualification or trade qualifications.

GSM

This visa is for people who are qualified with work experience in their field. It aims to meet Australia's skills shortages and gives successful applicants permanent residence. This visa is appropriate for those who hold a university qualification or trade qualifications and is points tested. You can conduct a points test on our website under the heading “GSM Points Test”.

Partner Visa

Under the Partner Visa Stream an applicant can be sponsored by their Australian spouse, de facto or interdependent partner who must be either an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen, aged over 18 years.

AAT

At Australia Immigration Group we can assist in filing an application for review of decisions made by offices of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection or the Department of Home Affairs to refuse or cancel visas. We can also review decisions relating to approval and cancellation of sponsorship and nomination.

Business Visa

Australia's business skills migration program encourages successful business people (Business Owners, Investors & Senior Executives) to settle permanently in Australia and develop new or existing businesses in Australia.

Parent Visa

This Australian visa is for the parent of someone who is a permanent citizen of Australia at the time the visa as sent in for assessment. If your child is a permanent resident, said child should have at least two years of residency before this Australian visa can be given. However, the length of time required for a child's parents to be given this parent visa may be shortened under special and compelling circumstances.
